Our Core Crew members:

    • Students and Adults, typically +18 Years of Age 
    • High School Special Education Students 
    • Students in Transitional Programs
    • Individuals Seeking Meaningful Job Training and Employment Outside of School

Working at GROW Provides:

    • Meaningful Volunteer & Paid Job Opportunities
    • Training & Skill Development 
    • Opportunities in Nature Working with Horticulture
    • Physical Activity Combats Potential Health Issues – Depression & Obesity
    • Socialization and Fun

    Core Crew Members Work on Skills:

      • Pre-Vocational Training
      • Social Communication
      • Independence
      • Workplace Professionalism
      • Self-Advocacy and More!

    Programs run throughout the year, with work varying by season. All funds generated through Farm and Orchard sales are used exclusively to support GROW’s.
